Our Policy
Because of how we price and ship, we don't offer change-of-mind or buyer's-remorse returns — but every Wanderpup Walking Harness & Carry Bag is backed by our Adventure-Ready Guarantee: a 12-month workmanship warranty against manufacturing defects in stitching, zipper, or clips under normal use.
What's Covered
- Stitching that comes apart under normal use
- Zipper failure
- Clip/attachment point defects
If any of the above happens within 12 months of delivery, we'll send a free replacement — no return shipping required.
What's Not Covered
- Change of mind or no-longer-wanted items
- Sizing/fit issues — please measure your pet's girth against our S/M/L range (2–9kg) before ordering, since exchanges aren't offered
- Normal wear and tear, or damage from misuse
